1. Protection of Children's Records & Imagery
- Child records and media are classified as strictly confidential; Baraem never sells, monetizes, or uses data for advertising.
- All files are stored in bank-grade encrypted environments accessible only to authorized center personnel and verified guardians.
- Centers warrant that they have secured formal parental consents upon enrollment for educational documentation.
2. Complete Data Ownership & Portability
- Your center retains 100% intellectual property and ownership over all uploaded student rosters, staff data, and financial records.
- You may export complete datasets in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF) at any moment without penalty or delay.
- Upon account termination, backups are retained securely for 30 days to facilitate final downloads before safe permanent deletion.
3. Service Availability & Redundant Backups
- Baraem targets 99.9% application uptime around the clock.
- Encrypted automated daily snapshots are replicated across distinct regional cloud data centers for disaster recovery.
General Operating Disclaimer
- Baraem provides operational and administrative software; final physical verification of child dismissal identity remains the operational responsibility of on-site staff.
